You must notify Onpos immediately of any possible or actual breach on or unauthorised use of your account. It IS ALSO YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to immediately report same to the police, law enforcement agency, bank or financial institution hosting the transaction card or the financial regulatory agencies and obtain/keep a report slip issued to you on the disputed transaction or activity carried out by a third party without your knowledge and authorisation.
